(54) THREE-POSITIONAL CYLINDERS FOR REMOTE CONTROL OF THE REDUCER one The invention relates to actuators, for example, three-position cylinders for remotely shifting gearboxes with precise neutral position. Three-position cylinders are known in which the installation of the neutral position is ensured by means of springs, compression or by means of two loose parts, the stopping of which is ensured by the use of stop rings on the brush. In addition, cylinders without internal support and without stop rings on the engine are known, setting the neutral position in such cylinders is ensured by the difference in the working areas of the main and auxiliary pistons. A disadvantage of the known three-position cylinders are. large size and complexity of manufacture. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and ensure an accurate neutral position. This goal is achieved by the fact that on the elongated piston rod an additional piston can be slid, serving an anvil for the main piston, and the cylinder body has an anvil for additional pressure, with the additional piston moving in a bore of a larger diameter. FIG. 1 shows a three-position cylinder, with extended stem; in fig. 2 - the same, with a solid stock. The three-position cylinder consists of a piston rod 1, housed in the housing 2 and provided with a main piston 3. 10 An additional free piston 4 slides on an elongated or solid piston rod 1 and has a larger diameter than the main piston 3. Holes 5, 6 and 7 are provided in housing 2 for supplying and discharging working fluid. The housing 2 is made stepped with abutment surfaces 8 and 9 and is provided with a cover 10. The free piston 4 is made with an elongated abutment surface 11. A three-position cylinder for remote gearbox transmission works in the following manner. When the working fluid is supplied to the bore 5, the main piston 3 and the reverse pistons 4 move up to the stop in the cover 10. At. This main piston 3 is pressed against the stop surface 11 of the free piston 4. When the working fluid is fed into the hole 6, the main piston 3 moves to the left to the stop surface 8, and the free piston 4 slides along the rod 1 all the way into the cover 10. To ensure the neutral position of the main piston 3, the working fluid is supplied to the openings 5 and 7. The free piston 4 moves to the left until it touches the thrust surface 9 of the housing 2, and the main piston 3 moves to the right until it stops at the surface 11 of the free piston 4. The piston 4 is made A larger diameter compared to piston 3 ensures accurate installation in a neutral position.
